The organization offers a flexible work environment with regular presence at the office in Nyköping and at the warehouse in Norrköping, to promote collaboration, team spirit, and efficient processes.

• Optimize logistics flows by supporting the selection and follow-up of freight forwarders and customs agents

• Ensure efficient and documented loading and unloading processes

• Monitor transport costs, verify invoices, and produce KPIs and performance reports

• Manage deviations, complaints, and quality issues related to transport services

• Ensure correct import and export documentation

• Provide advice on export control and customs regulations

• Ensure correct documentation, traceability, and compliance through controls and audits

• Support improvements of systems and processes as well as maintenance of master data

• Contribute to knowledge dissemination regarding laws, customs duties, licenses, and trade regulations

• Have solid experience in transport logistics and customs management

• Are confident in trade compliance and have worked in SAP GTS or similar systems

• Are structured, solution-oriented, and have good communication skills

• Thrive in a collaborative role with many points of contact

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
